Authentication
Know which Tool Atlas surfaces are public and which require an account.
Public reads
Directory and product reads do not require an API key. Login is only needed for submissions, claims, bookmarks, reviews, and dashboard actions.
Keep private states private
Do not expose session tokens, payment state, admin routes, or customer-specific data in public pages.
